Our Story
The Captain Boats was created by a small group of Cretan skippers who grew up with the sea as part of their everyday life. For us, the sea is not just a destination – it is tradition, work, memory and home.
After many years working in tourism and sailing professionally across Crete, we decided to create something of our own. Our goal was simple: to combine our local knowledge, our experience at sea and our love for hospitality into genuine boat experiences that feel personal, relaxed and authentic.
Every route we sail, every bay we visit and every recommendation we make comes from years of real experience on these waters. We don’t follow fixed scripts — we adapt each trip to the sea conditions and to the people on board.
